Jumpstart is an all-in-one package that delivers a basic Amazon Connect set-up for a Proof of Concept in a few weeks. Configure up to 20 agents, two groups, primary touch-tone IVR menu routing with prompting, and tagging of 5 pieces of data to be displayed on the agent desktop.
Contact Suite consists of pre-packaged solutions that extend the power of Amazon Connect. No integration effort is required and the suite can be seamlessly implemented to work in tandem with Amazon Connect and other AWS services. Capabilities include a customizable, workflow-driven agent desktop and automated outbound dialing.
